Venue Pricing Range

Standard pricing: ranges from $65–$150/hr + $500–$1,750 minimum spend*
Minimum-spend-only packages range from $750 to $2,750 for up to 5 hours. -
Current-week pricing: can drop as low as about $50–$115/hr + $400–$1,300 minimum spend
Or about $550–$2,050 minimum-spend-only depending on the day and start time. -
Weekend slots after 9pm are at the top of the range. Earlier starts price lower, and events can typically run until around 2:30am.
Bar Options
- Cash Bar: Default option.
- Drink Tickets: $8 pre-tax / $10 all-in.
- Open Bar: $60 per person (no top-shelf spirits, up to 5 hour period).
- Host Bar: Billed on consumption.
* Minimum spend is the total spent on drinks and food by you and your guests. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
