Minimum Spend Only Most popular
$750–$2,750 — no rental fee. Your group commits to spending that amount on food & drinks. If your guests spend that much naturally, it's just your bill (up to 5 hrs). -
Rental + Minimum Spend (also available)
$64–$150/hr + $500–$1,750 minimum food & drink spend. -
Weekend slots after 9pm are at the top of the range. Events can typically run until around 2:30am.
Bar Options
- Cash Bar: Default option.
- Drink Tickets: $8 pre-tax / $10 all-in.
- Open Bar: $60 per person (no top-shelf spirits, up to 5 hour period).
- Host Bar: Billed on consumption.
* Minimum spend is the total your group spends on food & drinks. If your guests spend that amount on their own during the event, it's just your normal bill — not an extra fee. You only top up if the total falls short. A ⅓ deposit of the minimum is required to secure your date.
